Senior Partner, Alan D. Taylor, has been a practicing attorney in the State of New Jersey for over 35 years. He has an extensive and impressive track record of aggressively representing his clients in all areas of Personal Injury Litigation, including tractor trailer accidents, motor vehicle accidents, slip & fall accidents, construction accidents, defective product cases, wrongful death cases, industrial accident cases, dog bite cases and all types of work-related accident cases.
Mr. Taylor’s prides himself on aggressively and passionately representing each and every client and keeping each and every client informed as to the status and progress of their case. Mr. Taylor provides every client with his personal cell phone number, and is available day or night to answer any and all questions from his clients. Mr. Taylor promises that each telephone call, text or email from a client is returned within 24 hours – without exception. He believes that there is no such thing as an unimportant question. Client communication is essential in order to properly prepare, litigate and successfully resolve each and every case.
While in law school, Mr. Taylor completed an internship with the Honorable James Hunter, U.S.C.J., U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. After law school, he also worked as a law clerk for both the Honorable Myron Gottlieb and Honorable Cornelius P. Sullivan in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Burlington County, from 1983 through 1984.
Mr. Taylor is personally responsible for acquiring millions of dollars in settlement proceeds, and he has personally handled tractor-trailer accidents, motor vehicle accidents, industrial accidents and construction accidents, each resulting in settlements in excess of a million dollars.
Mr. Taylor is a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Camden County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He, along with his wife, have been part of the Camden County Community for many years and have raised five children, all of whom also reside in the Camden County area and are proud members of our community. Mr. Taylor and his wife share a strong sense of community, country and charity. For ten years, he and his wife have been involved in sponsoring under-privileged children by helping to pay for their education, meals and clothing. The Taylors currently sponsor two children, one from Ethiopia, and the other from Ecuador. They correspond with the children’s families regularly, and are thrilled to report that both children are thriving.
Mr. Taylor’s strong belief in compassion and human dignity is shown by his monthly contribution to many charitable organizations. Specifically, he supports St. Jude’s for the wonderful work that they do for the fight against pediatric cancer and research that they share with everyone. Mr. Taylor also makes additional contributions to honor the passing of loved ones and friends. He also supports the Shriner’s Hospital for Children for the amazing services they provide to children in need of specialized care without regard to their ability to pay for those services, the Red Cross for the good work they do in providing disaster relief all over the world, the Jewish National Fund for their charitable work, and the Veteran’s Administration for the good work they provide for our veterans.
